Dear ICRP, Fabulous document with a small flaw. You have forgetten something very basic. Prime minister Disraeli of Great Britain put it very understandably,"Lies , damn lies and statistics." The history of radiation protection is fascinating, the discussion is lilting, but this approach has not kept anyone from anything. This is all jabbering in an ivory tower. The real world will take your ruminations and tuen them anyway they please for a buck which has been done so often already.
